It is against our terms to produce illegal, hateful, sexual, violent, profane, or vulgar content on our website and platform. This includes chat messages you send, your profile information like username and description, and game content associated with your account like titles, descriptions, or content seen in your games. If your account is found to violate these rules, we may suspend or terminate your account.
2. Minimum Age
The minimum age on Kube.new is currently 13 years of age.
Keep your password to yourself: anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
3. Platform Misuse
You may not attempt to distribute malware or spam on our platform. You may not impersonate staff or attempt to gain unauthorized access or bypass payment limits or usage limits. If your account is found in violation of any of these rules, it may be suspended or deleted without notice.
You also may not:
- Upload anything that harasses or endangers somebody.
- Break, overload, or work around our servers, our game servers, or our credit limits.
- Impersonate another person's account or present their original game as your own.
4. Ownership
You own the games you make. Publishing a game gives us permission to store it, show it on the site, and run it on a game server, so that other people can play it. That permission ends for new visitors when you unpublish the game or delete your account.
5. Copyright Complaints
All content created, generated, and uploaded on our platform is subject to third-party rights and licenses. You must have the rights needed for all uploads and creations. We reserve the right to take down all content and accounts that are uploaded or created without the necessary copyright permissions.
If you would like to report a copyright infringement, intellectual property theft or DMCA complaint, please contact support@kube.new. We take copyright complaints seriously. If a game is found in violation, we will mark it as no longer visible on our website and disallow new people from playing it.
6. Data Collection
If you have created a game, you may not attempt to have your game's servers store player content outside of our platform.
7. Legal Actions
We reserve the right to take legal action against individuals or entities that violate these Terms, including seeking injunctive relief and monetary damages. We can suspend or delete an account that breaks these rules.
8. Modifications
We may update or modify these Terms at any time, and such changes will be effective upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after such modifications will signify your acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Editor AI Credits
The editor AI runs on credits attached to your account. Credits are not money, they have no cash value, and they are not refundable.
11. The Service Can Change Or Go Down
We add things, remove things, and take servers down for maintenance. We do not promise the site or any game server will be reachable at a particular moment.
12. No Warranty, And Limits On What We Owe You
The site is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Glass Devtools, Inc. is not liable for lost games, lost data, lost profits, or any indirect damages arising out of your use of the site.
